One habit. Thirty days. Lock in.
Pick one habit, log it once a day, and let the streak compound. Photo timelapses, honest statistics, and a recovery flow for the days life gets in the way — all on your phone.
Pick it. Log it. Lock it in.
Three steps to start, then nothing left to learn. Choose a habit from the library or write your own, and tap once a day until the grid is full.
Pick one habit
Browse 36 habits across 12 categories — fitness, mind, sleep, learning, spiritual, relationships — or write your own. Six task types cover anything: checkbox, counter, duration, photo, text, or measurement.
Set the length and the mode
Thirty days by default, anywhere from 7 to 365 if you want. Strict mode holds you to every day. Forgiving mode lets you skip without ending the run.
Tap once a day
Log from a bottom sheet on the dashboard and the streak takes care of itself. Set a reminder for the time you actually do the habit, and the day grid fills in behind you.
Why one habit beats five.
75 Hard asks you to do five things at once. A general habit app hands you a blank list and lets you fill it with fifty. Both are easy to start and easy to abandon, because the first missed workout or missed page takes the whole program down with it.
LockIn30 asks for one habit, chosen by you, locked for the length you set. One thing to remember, one tap to log, one grid filling in. Strict mode holds the line and calls you out when you miss; forgiving mode lets you skip a Tuesday without torching the run. Either way the streak on the screen is the real one — the Be Honest flow exists so you never quietly inflate it.

Built for finishing, not just starting.
A short list, on purpose. Every feature here exists to keep you on the streak — or to get you back on it after a miss.
One habit in focus
Each challenge holds exactly one habit, and the dashboard shows one challenge at a time — its day count, its grid, its next tap. Running more than one? A chip selector switches focus. No tab bar, no wall of checkboxes.
A library of 36 habits
Workouts, water, reading, meditation, journaling, sleep, study, deep work, prayer, phone calls — 36 ready-made habits across 12 categories, each with a sensible target you can edit before you start.
Thirty days, one timelapse
Photo habits stack into a 1080x1920 video with day overlays, task tags, and an animated measurement chart. Save it to your gallery or share it the moment the challenge ends.
Be Honest when you miss
Miss a day in strict mode and the app asks the question instead of quietly padding your streak: mark the days as done, or restart the attempt. No fake streaks either way.
Streaks, completion, trends
A real statistics screen — completion rate, best streak, days done, a daily completion curve, and a trend chart for every counter, duration, or measurement habit you track.
Private, offline, no account
Challenges, logs, and progress photos live on your phone and nowhere else. No sign-up, no cloud sync, no ads, and 39 languages plus 30 light and dark themes out of the box.

Frequently Asked Questions
What makes LockIn30 different from 75 Hard or a regular habit tracker?
One habit, not five, and not fifty. A LockIn30 challenge holds exactly one habit for a set number of days, so there is nothing to check off but the thing you actually decided to do. The dashboard keeps a single challenge in focus at a time, and the streak, the day grid, and the stats all describe that one habit.
Does a challenge have to be 30 days?
No. Thirty days is the default and the recommended length, but any duration from 7 to 365 days works. The onboarding offers 30, 60, and 90 day presets, and you can type a custom number when you create the challenge.
What happens if I miss a day?
It depends on the mode you picked. In forgiving mode nothing happens and you carry on. In strict mode the Be Honest dialog appears the next time you open the dashboard and asks you to either mark the missed days as done or restart the attempt, which resets the day count and keeps the challenge alive.
How do the progress photos and timelapse work?
Photo habits capture one shot a day from the camera or your gallery, stored in a private folder on your device. The gallery lets you compare any two days side by side, and the timelapse screen stitches every photo into a portrait 1080x1920 video with day numbers, task labels, and an optional measurement chart that animates as the video plays.
Is LockIn30 free, and do I need an account?
The app is free to download and needs no account or sign-up. Logging your habit day by day, the day grid, the streak, reminders, and progress photos are all included. An optional Pro subscription with a 3-day free trial unlocks the statistics dashboard, challenge history, timelapse video generation, a third active challenge, and the full set of 30 themes.
Where is my data stored?
Entirely on your phone. Challenges, daily logs, progress photos, and settings are saved in a local database on the device, never uploaded to us and never synced to a cloud account. If you delete the app, that data goes with it, so save any timelapse videos to your gallery first.
